Our Vision
To contribute to a society in which mental health is understood, supported and integrated into everyday life, healthcare and the workplace.

Eureka supports individuals, families, leaders and organisations through psychological care, structured mental health services and workplace wellbeing solutions.
Emotional health, relationships, workplaces, physical wellbeing and communities influence one another. Eureka was created to honour that interconnected reality—offering support that can begin where need is most visible and continue across a continuum of care.

Eureka began with a commitment to make psychological support more accessible, relevant and responsive to the realities people face.
Over time, that vision grew beyond the traditional consulting room. We recognised that some individuals require more structured care and a supportive environment for recovery. We also saw that many emotional and psychological challenges emerge, intensify or become visible in the workplace.
This led to the development of three complementary pathways: a psychology practice supporting individuals and families, a private mental health facility providing structured care, and a workplace solutions division helping organisations create healthier human experiences.
Today, Eureka represents a continuum of care—from early intervention and personal psychological support to structured mental health treatment and organisation-wide wellbeing solutions.
To contribute to a society in which mental health is understood, supported and integrated into everyday life, healthcare and the workplace.
To provide accessible, professional and integrated mental health and workplace wellbeing solutions that enable individuals, families and organisations to heal, grow and thrive.
The principles that shape how Eureka shows up for people, families and organisations.
Every person deserves to be met with respect, compassion and recognition of their inherent worth.
We uphold ethical standards, clinical responsibility and honesty in every aspect of our work.
Healing and growth are strengthened through meaningful relationships with self, others and community.
Support is shaped around each person's circumstances, strengths, needs and preferred pace of change.
We work with individuals, families, professionals and organisations as partners in wellbeing.
We hold space for possibility—believing that recovery, growth and healthier systems are attainable.
