Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to help you understand Eureka's pathways, enquiry processes and confidentiality approach.
General
Eureka is an integrated mental health and workplace wellbeing organisation in Namibia. It brings together three connected pathways: Eureka Psychology for individuals and families, Eureka Haus for structured mental health care and recovery, and Eureka Workplace Solutions for organisations and leaders.
If you are seeking personal psychological support, start with Eureka Psychology. If you or someone you care for may need structured inpatient or outpatient mental health care, explore Eureka Haus. If your organisation needs wellbeing, leadership or employee support solutions, contact Eureka Workplace Solutions. You can also use our guided support finder.
No. Online enquiries are not monitored continuously and do not constitute emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, seek urgent assistance through an appropriate emergency service or nearest emergency department.
Eureka treats personal information with care and in line with professional ethical standards. Forms request only the administrative details needed to respond to an enquiry. Detailed clinical histories are not collected through ordinary website forms.
Psychology
Adults, adolescents, couples and families seeking psychological support may enquire. During the appointment process, we help determine whether Eureka Psychology is an appropriate starting point or whether another pathway may be more suitable.
A first session typically focuses on understanding your concerns, goals and circumstances, and discussing how psychological support may help. It is also an opportunity to ask questions about the process, confidentiality and next steps.
Psychological services are provided within professional confidentiality frameworks. Limits to confidentiality—such as where there is significant risk of harm—are explained as part of ethical practice.
Eureka Haus
Individuals, family members and referring professionals may enquire. An enquiry begins an administrative conversation; it does not guarantee admission. Suitability is determined through an appropriate clinical assessment process.
Inpatient care provides structured support within the facility environment. Outpatient care allows people to receive assessment, treatment or therapeutic support while continuing to live at home, where clinically appropriate.
Yes. Referring clinicians and professionals can submit a referral enquiry. Please avoid sending extensive sensitive medical information through unsecured channels; our team will guide the appropriate next steps.
Workplace Solutions
Eureka Workplace Solutions supports organisations seeking healthier workplaces, stronger leaders and psychologically supported employees. Engagements are tailored to organisational size, industry and wellbeing priorities.
EAP offerings typically provide confidential support pathways for employees, alongside organisational guidance. Exact scope is defined with each client during the proposal process.
Complete the corporate proposal request form with your organisation details and areas of interest. Our team will respond with clarifying questions and a tailored engagement outline where appropriate.
